Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and uninstalled
  • Item is in original condition
  • Item includes original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed automotive parts
  • Used or damaged products
  • Custom or special-order components

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
